Our Story
After spending many years in the corporate world, I realized that I needed to find a new approach to health and wellness that would allow me to connect more deeply with my emotions and my body. This led me to discover massage therapy, and I quickly fell in love with the practice.
I received my training at l’Académie de massage scientifique in Montreal, QC, where I gained a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the techniques used in massage therapy. I specialize in the international Swedish massage, which is focused on relaxation and easing muscle tension, as well as aromatherapy to enhance the therapeutic benefits of the massage.
As a member of the RMPQ (Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec), I am committed to providing the highest level of care to my clients. I believe that massage therapy is not just about physical healing, but also about creating a safe and nurturing space where clients can connect with their bodies and emotions, and experience a deeper sense of well-being.
